NO PRISONERS: What Trump JUST Said About Obamacare Will Make ALL Democrats Squirm

President Trump sat down with Pete Hegseth of Fox & Friends Sunday morning to talk about the new Republican health care bill. The President pointed out that one of the biggest challenges he and the country faces is total resistance from Democratic leaders. Here’s part of what he said:

“The Republicans and democrats don’t get together. And I’m open arms, but I don’t see that happening”

President Trump continued with: “It would be so great if the Democrats and Republicans could get together, wrap their arms around it, and come up with something everybody is happy with…But we won’t get one democrat vote, not one. If it were the greatest bill ever proposed in mankind, we wouldn’t get a vote, and that’s a terrible thing.”

President Trump also emphasized the need to quickly find a replacement for “the dead carcass of Obamacare” before more Americans are harmed:

“I want to see a bill with heart…Honestly nobody can be totally happy, even without the votes, forget about votes, this has nothing to do with votes, this is about picking a plan that everybody is going to like.”

He later added:

“Healthcare is a very, very tough thing to get, but I think we’re going to get it. We don’t have too much of a choice because the alternative is the dead carcass of Obamacare.”

President Trump speaks so sensibly, and he really cares about finding a plan that works for everyone. If only the Democrats could see that and try to work with him instead of constantly resisting. He ended the interview in the best way:

“You know what, I am so proud of what we’ve done in such a short period of time.”
