Even worse for the Dems, this comes on the heels of Hillary Clinton publicly slamming President Trump for not knowing Puerto Ricans are American citizens. Maybe Clinton’s concerns should be directed elsewhere, especially when this meeting was conducted solely to discuss the ongoing crisis relief for Hurricane Maria. But when Pelosi took the podium after Puerto Rican-born New York Rep. Nydia Velasquez, she immediately embarrassed herself and the entire party.

“Thank you to your commitment to our entire country and that includes Puerto Rico.” Said Pelosi.

Puerto Rico may not be a state, but it’s officially been part of the U.S. since 1898. This is something Pelosi should clearly know, but all she could do was dig herself deeper. In closing, Pelosi baffled onlookers further by claiming Velazquez “came to America” when she moved from Puerto Rico to New York.

“You were born and raised there and came to America to be a stark figure here–you became one of the first women to chair an entire committee in the Congress of the United States,” Pelosi said.

Could Pelosi be anymore ignorant and condescending? You might as well applaud Velasquez for moving from New York to California. This is exactly why we need President Trump and the GOP to run the House of Representatives. We need intelligent, thoughtful leaders who aren’t too far gone to get the job done.

A number of truck drivers, veterans and everyday Americans are threatening to boycott the gas station chain Pilot Flying J over the actions of the owner — who also owns the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, as well as the actions of one store manager in Kentucky.

Several weeks ago, according to WSAZ,  a group of veterans rolled up to a Flying J in the Bluegrass State and put up flags to welcome a rolling Vietnam Memorial. The manager of that particular store then came out and told the vets they weren’t allowed to fly the flags.

Since the incident, a large group of veterans have been staging a protest, demanding that the Flying J install a flag pole and fly both the American and POW flags.

In a statement, Pilot Flying J claimed the flags are not allowed to fly for safety reasons.

“Pilot Flying J proudly welcomes the American flag at all our locations. After looking into the concern at our store #660, located at 15236 State Route 180, Catlettsburg, KY, we found that the concerns were not with the flags themselves but with the safety of where they were placed as we need to make sure they don’t block the lines of sight of drivers pulling into our locations,” read a statement by the company.

As if that particular controversy wasn’t enough, another group of patriots are calling for a boycott of all Pilot Flying J locations because of the on-field protests of Pilot Flying J owner Jimmy Haslam’s Browns football players.

In a video recorded outside a Pilot Flying J store and posted on Facebook, a man identifying himself as a Navy veteran named Matt called for a boycott of the stores until Haslam stops supporting those who are disrespecting the American flag.

“We just watched the beginning of the Cleveland Browns (game) and the national anthem, and the owner, Jimmy Haslam allowed most of his team to take a knee during the anthem,” Matt stated.

Matt also spray-painted a big red red circle with a line through it on his Browns leather jacket.

“Jimmy Haslam owns all the Pilots and the Flying Js in the country. What you need to do if you support this (is) do not go to a Pilot, do not go to a Flying J, until he states to his team that no member will be allowed to take a knee during the national anthem” he continued.

This will likely not be the last boycott brought on by the national anthem protests. These football team owners are about to pay for their actions with their wallets.

If Americans stop watching the games, stop patronizing the team owners’ other businesses, and otherwise stop giving these non-patriots their money, it hopefully won’t be long before they change their tune about allowing players to kneel.

“It’s very clear that for his base, this is the red meat of all red meat,” Smith said. “Because they’re able to reframe this. They’re able to say, ‘Oh, they’re attacking the national anthem, they’re attacking the troops, they’re attacking the flag.’”

He then accused Trump of purposefully misusing the national anthem protests to distract Americans from his “struggling health care legislation and North Korea’s ongoing aggression.”

Many conservatives dispute the argument that the criminal justice system is biased against minorities. They also find fault with the medium by which protesters have chosen to express their dismay for the purported injustice.

“You have the right to protest Trump tmrw. But aren’t there better ways than kneeling before the flag soldiers died to defend?” Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., wrote on Twitter on Saturday.

Brandon Morse, a contributor for the conservative website RedState, echoed this sentiment in a column published last week.

“If players wish to engage in activism off the field, then that’s great. They can use their platform to voice whatever opinion they wish. But when we’re there to watch football, hear about football, and talk about football, the last thing we want to hear are your opinions on why you think the police are racist,” he wrote.

China has given all joint ventures with Chinese firms 120 days from September 12. This is happening at the same time that the UN Security Council voted to boost sanctions on North Korea.

North Korea followed the UN Sanction with a speech that declared rockets to the US as “inevitable” in response to Trump calling Kim Jong Un, Rocket Man.

This means that China has bent the knee and is going to work with Trump. Amen. The United States has now pressed China to use its economic advantage over North Korea to help take out the threat that is North Korea.

The media may be attacking Trump like crazy right now, but they cannot deny that he is helping to fix the North Korea situation.

Rex Tillerson will be visiting Beijing this weekend to talk with Yang Jiechi and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

The parents of Staff Sgt. Louis Bonacasa confronted Spike Lee and explained to him that when these NFL players kneel for the national anthem, it’s slap in the face to military families.

“How do you support these multi-millionaires on their knees, and don’t support what the fallen heroes died for?” Mr. Bonacasa asked.

Spike Lee’s answer could not have been more condescending. Although he did apologize for their loss, Lee went on to tell the family how wrong they were for their feelings.

“All these players have said, many many times, that they respect the armed forces,” Lee said. “They respect the flag. And they respect America. And this narrative that when they take a knee, it’s insulting your son who is no longer here, is not true “

Mr. Bonacasa was clearly not satisfied with Spike Lee’s answer and asked a powerful follow up question.

“When North Korea aims a nuclear missile at us, are these “heroes” that you say, NFL players who can’t support our flag, are they gonna be on their knees when this happens, or are they gonna support our veterans?” he asked.

Spike Lee was taken by surprise and of course dodged the question by cowardly directing the conversation to Trump and insulting our President.

“Sir, I’m worried just as much about Donald Trump as that crazy guy in North Korea. And he has a nuclear code. I’m worried about that,” Lee said.

A panelist can be heard agreeing with Spike Lee’s disgusting anti-American comments.

I think it’s safe to say that Spike Lee embodies everything that is wrong with our country.

ABC, CBS, and NBC all decided to ignore the worsening humanitarian crisis in Puerto Rico, and instead gave nearly FOUR TIMES more coverage to the NFL’s disgusting protest. Despite the networks’ intention to shine a brighter light on Trump, most Americans are fully aware of the devastation recently inflicted by Hurricane Maria. Many families on the island are still struggling to find food and water, and officials say the power for the entire island won’t be restored for at least another month.

With all that being said, research by the Media Research Center proves the morning and evening news shows on the “big three” broadcast networks focused solely on President Trump’s feud with the NFL.

“Between Sept. 24 and 25, the networks spent 92 minutes of airtime on the battle over whether or not athletes should stand for the national anthem. During the same timeframe, they spent just 25 minutes on the devastation in Puerto Rico. Networks thus spent 3.6 times more of their airtime on the Trump-NFL spat.

ABC News had the worst disparity, spending nearly 53 minutes on the NFL and just about eight minutes on Puerto Rico, a 7:1 ratio.”

Sickening tactics to garner ratings have always been a staple of leftist media, but this goes WAY over the line. People are lost and dying in Puerto Rico, but anything to bash President Trump will apparently always come first. Monday, Rep. Blackburn filed a resolution, to remind Americans that Federal law addresses how we are to act during the playing of The Star-Spangled Banner.

Pursuant to Section 301(b) of title 36 of the U.S. code :

1.  Armed Services members in uniform should give the military salute at the first note of the song and maintain that position until the last note;
2. Armed Forces members and veterans who are present but not in uniform may do the same; and,
3. “All other persons present should face the flag and stand at attention with their right hand over the heart, and men not in uniform, if applicable, should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart.” (emphasis added)
4. When the flag is not displayed, all present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed.

Unfortunately, this is one of those laws with no teeth.  So no one will go to jail for disobeying it. But the fact that it’s set out in Federal law says everything any American needs to know, don’t you think?  And it proves Trump is in the right!

In her many interviews, Clinton has been pointing fingers at everyone except for herself for the fact that she lost the 2016 election. She has even gone out of her way to blame fellow liberals Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders. Her worst scorn, however, she has saved for Republicans, and she just added a brand new person to her election burn book.

During an interview with Charlie Rose, Hillary laid out her brand new theory about why former FBI director James Comey reopened the investigation into her email use right before the election, which may have finally tipped the balance in Donald Trump’s favor.

Claimed Hillary to Rose about why Comey did it, “He was under pressure from Rudy Giuliani, others, both former and current FBI officials.”

She continued about Comey, who she now baselessly believes had his arm twisted by the former Mayor of New York City, “He did that to me when there were other ways he could have, if he thought there was anything there to be investigated, he could have asked me if I had any objection. He could have asked others if they had any objection.
